APPLICATION

Cables are designed for power transmission and distribution in stationary equipment at rated alternating voltage 10; 20 and 35 kV and nominal frequency for networks with earthed and isolated midpoint conductor.

Cables types ÏâÏ, ÀÏâÏ, ÏâÏó, ÀÏâÏó are designed for cabling in the ground independently of ground corrosivity degree.

Cables with index "ã" and "2ã" are designed for cabling in the grounds as well as in water - under observance of measures excluding mechanical damages of cable.

Cables with index " ó" are designed for cabling of complex areas of cable routes.

STRUCTURE

  • Core - round copper or aluminium stranded, compacted wire
  • Screen on core - extruded conducting cross-linked polyethylene
  • Insulation - cross-linked polyethylene
  • Screen on insulation - extruded conducting cross-linked polyethylene
  • Separating layer
    - conducting crepe paper tapes for cables types ÀÏâÏ, ÏâÏ, ÀÏâÏÓ, ÏâÏó, ÀÏâÂ, ÏâÂ, ÀÏâÂíã-LS, ÏâÂíã-LS
    - conducting water blocking tape for cables types ÀÏâÏã, ÏâÏã, ÀÏâÏóã, ÀÏâÏ2ã, ÏâÂ2ã, ÀÏâÏó2ã, ÏâÏó2ã
  • Screen - copper wires connected by copper tape
  • Separating layer - two crepe paper tapes or rubber cloth.
    For cable with index "ã" - water blocking tape:
  • Alymina-polymeric tape - for cables with index "2ã"
  • Sheath - PE for cables types: ÏâÏ, ÀÏâÏ, ÏâÏó, ÀÏâÏó
    - PVC plasticate for cables types ÏâÂ, ÀÏâÂ
    - low inflammability PVC plasticate for cables types ÏâÂíã-LS, ÀÏâÂíã-LS

    CV-line for PE vulcanization in nitrogen allows to increase insulation quality
    and provides high technical characteristics compared to paper insulated cables
    :

  • higher reliability during operation;
  • smaller expenses for cable lines reconstruction and maintance;
  • high resistivity to damages;
  • use of silane cross-linked PE allows to increase permissible cre heating temperature by two times in normal conditions, in overload conditions - by 1,5 times, in short circuit conditions - by 2 times;
  • peroxide technology allows to get more stable and qualitative cross-linking process, constant design geometry, provides better insulation characteristics compared to silane technology;
  • production cost price is considerably reduced due to the use of domestically produced materials;
  • higher flow capacity due to increasing of permissible core heating temperature: long-term (+90 °C instead of + 70 °C), in overload conditions (+250 °C instead of + 160 °C);
  • lower permissible temperature during cabling without heating (-20 °C instead of 0 °C);
  • higher insulation resistance at core operating temperature (50 instead of 0,005 mOhm x km) ;
  • low dehumidification due to the use of water blocking tapes;
  • higher stability to chemical influence and cracking;
  • possibility of cabling in routes with unlimited level difference;
  • more ecological installation and operation (absence of lead, oil, bitumen).

    Cable design, specification and operating characteristics meet a corresponding international standard ÌÝÊ 60502-2 and harmonized document HD 620 S1, in part of accelerating ageing test method HD 605 S1/A1.
    Climatic performance Ó , ÓÕË , distribution categories 1 and 2 according to national standard ÃÎÑÒ 15150-69, including cabling in the ground and in water.
